It is important to understand the real importance of exercise in life. Take complaints like “I’m frustrated,” “I don’t have time,” or “I don’t like working out” without perspective.

We won’t always be thrilled, but we do what needs to be done. In life, it’s important to learn how to deal with what we’re supposed to not want all the time.

The body needs movement. It is a normal need. Without activity, the body atrophies. It loses strength, functionality and health, moreover it becomes flabby.

This is exacerbated by a weak spine, knees, shoulders and ligaments. A consequence of this is pain or more serious injuries.

Weight training, commonly known as bodybuilding, is a way to combat sagging and improve body composition.

We all need to exercise strength to age healthy and independent.

There is no magic formula for starting a workout. What is required is decision making. The harm of not exercising far outweighs the sacrifice of doing it!
